AN EMOTIONALLY DEVASTATED Cyndi Steele vowed to fight on with an appeal to a higher court after her husband, free speech attorney Edgar J. Steele, was convicted earlier today of plotting to kill her. Mrs. Steele spoke of her pride in and love for her husband, stating that she and her legal team have absolute proof that the FBI tapes used to convict him are faked, but that her evidence was not allowed in court in what many are viewing as a rigged trial.

Promising to fight and speak out “until my last breath,” Mrs. Steele called for an end to political prosecutions, saying that no one in America is safe now.

IN A TRAGIC MISCARRIAGE of justice, a federal jury — which was denied the right to hear two experts’ testimony that the alleged FBI recordings of Edgar J. Steele were faked, with over 300 suspicious edits inserted — has convicted the courageous free speech attorney and writer on all four counts related to an alleged murder-for-hire of his wife, Cyndi Steele, and mother-in-law.

None of the alleged victims believe the FBI allegations, instead pointing to the admitted Idaho Pipe Bomber, Larry Fairfax — and his government handlers — as the real source of the plot. Fairfax, who allowed a lethal bomb to remain on Cyndi Steele’s car for weeks without telling her, was given a sweetheart deal by prosecutors and no serious charges were brought against him.

It is hoped that the outrageous behavior of the judge in this case — who refused to allow even a few days’ delay to let an expert witness travel from the South Pacific to testify for the defense, and also refused to permit the expert to testify via video conference, even though a prosecution witness was freely allowed to do so — will be the basis of a strong appeal.

The judge in question — Lynn Winmill — exhibited an almost unbelievable coldness toward the lives of the real victims, Edgar Steele and his family, when he stated that even a two-day delay to allow the audio expert to travel to the United States was unacceptable — saying of the brief delay only that “procrastination on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.”

Cyndi Steele — who was allowed to hear the doctored recordings early on in the framing of her husband in hopes that she would be deceived by them — has long stated that the audio quality on the recordings changes abruptly and dramatically whenever her husband begins to discuss the alleged plot. When she heard the alleged recordings played back in court, however, she was in for a further shock.

As she puts it: “What is even more outrageous now is that the tapes that they played for the jury in the courtroom this week have been altered, because they are not the same recordings the FBI played for me on June 12, 2010, nor the tapes sent to the attorneys that I again listened to on March 7th. It is as if they used the info from the reports of our experts to make the changes to cover up the falsified tapes our experts analyzed.”

May the powers that created the universe — and our people — quickly bring these perjurers and criminals operating under color of law, who have falsely convicted this noble man, to justice; to true justice. And may it happen in our lifetimes.

School board member and radio station manager attacked by ADL, receives death threats for MLK commentary

A GUEST EDITORIAL — based largely on my exposé of Martin Luther King — has been airing on Greeley, Colorado’s KELS-FM twice daily in the days leading up to the federal MLK holiday, and the sparks are flying as the Usual Suspects try to get the truth off the air — and punish the man responsible for the broadcast.

Brett Reese (pictured), who is a school board member and director of the local school district, runs Greeley’s KELS 104.7. He says he regularly broadcasts guest editorials from listeners if their facts check out. And, he adds, in this case the facts did check out when he looked into them: “Martin Luther King, Junior” is an assumed name; King had numerous and intimate connections to high-level agents of the Communist Party; King misappropriated funds contributed to his “religious” charity and spent them on prostitutes and drunken orgies; and King was a plagiarist who cheated to obtain his PhD. Reese says he’s not a White supremacist (and, of course, neither am I nor are most of the people so accused by the media) and actually admires King’s “civil rights movement,” but believes there are issues with the character of King that make it necessary to question the uncritical adulation and reverence he is accorded today. Reese adds, “I was taught growing up that Martin Luther King Jr. was a hero of history and to question his motivation or integrity was near sacrilege. I support the idea of being able to talk about historical facts. If these facts are out there, then we should be able to talk about them. There should not be a taboo on an honest discussion of history.”

When other school board members expressed their disapproval of the broadcasts and said he shouldn’t be making them, Reese responded: “Just because I am on the school board does not mean I have to accept Martin Luther King Jr. or any figure of history as above reproach or question. Asking a school board member to take an oath of blind allegiance and then check his brain at the door may be the root of the problems in our district today.” Reese did agree to moderate some of the language in the editorial, but said it will continue to run.

The Jewish Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which has links to Meyer Lansky’s organized crime syndicate and which once gave their “Torch of Liberty” award to mob boss Moe Dalitz, has attacked Reese and demanded that the guest editorials cease: “The reckless and irresponsible spread of such misleading vitriol only heightens the divisions in our communities….” said ADL Regional Director Scott L. Levin (also a “Torch of Liberty” recipient), adding “We call upon Mr. Reese to desist from his divisive public broadcasts….” Immediately after the ADL’s attacks on him, Reese began receiving death threats that he considered credible. Reese has broadcast the critical MLK editorial for three years running around the MLK holiday, but never received death threats until the ADL, whose “phone tree” notification of Jewish activists is well known, publicized him in the last few days.

Because of the death threats, Mr. Reese has reluctantly decided to attend future school board meetings armed: “Because of the recent school board shooting (in Florida) and the recent death threats, I have to,” he stated to the Greeley Tribune. (Apparently the Tribune itself is fearful of the implications of this story, since they state on their Web site — at the bottom of every article on this subject — “Due to the sensitive nature of this story, the commenting feature has been disabled.”)

Clayborne Carson, the founding director of the “Martin Luther King, Jr., Research and Education Institute” at Stanford University and the editor of King’s papers, admitted, according to the Tribune, that “many of the claims in the broadcast have been substantiated,” but added that many historical figures are flawed: “The significant thing about King is he did great work as part of a great movement. If you disagree with that, then there is discussion. The thing about plagiarism, yeah we know he plagiarized some academic papers, but how does that relate to the fact that he was one of the great orators of history?”

Although the MLK critique specifically states that opposing viewpoints are welcome, Reese says that in three years not one has been submitted, with opponents preferring to force the guest editorial off the air rather than engage in open debate. But KELS listeners are a different story. Reese says “It was new information to many of our listeners. It promoted discussions within our listening community and we had listeners call and thank us for airing it.”

Racial self-determination is the sane way to organize societies; multiracialism is an irrational quasi-religion and is extremely dangerous.

WHAT IS A MULTIRACIALIST? He’s crazy — I told you that in my last installment. And he’s genocidal. Multiracialists believe that we should incorporate many races into our society, all under one government. Let’s take a brief look at just how crazy that is.

On New Year’s Day, 2006, in broad daylight in an old, established neighborhood in Richmond, Virginia, we found out about that kind of crazy. Dead crazy. Killing crazy. On that day a White family — rock musician Bryan Harvey and his wife, toy store owner Kathryn Harvey, and their two little girls Stella, 9, and Ruby, 4 — were getting ready for an afternoon party. They were last seen alive by a friend at 10 AM. By 1:40 PM they were all dead.

According to police, two Blacks, Ray Dandridge and Ricky Gray, entered the Harvey home, while a third Black, Ashley Baskerville, may have served as a lookout on the street. Dandridge and Gray overpowered the Harveys, bound them, tortured and beat them with blunt objects, then methodically slit all of their throats — and set their house on fire to destroy the evidence of their deeds. The Harveys, including their little girls, were obviously innocent of any offense against their killers — the motive was probably robbery according to reports — but the savage and bestial nature of the criminals led them inexorably to their acts. They are suspected of a string of similar killings. We will never know to what extent, if any, the “hate Whitey” attitude prevailing in the media fueled the rage of the killers, but we do know that Bryan Harvey’s evocation of White racial guilt in one of his songs — “White Folks’ Blood” — didn’t help him or his wife or children when the animals got out their knives.

FBI and local crime statistics show beyond doubt that Blacks are far less disciplined, far more violent, and far more criminal than Whites. No matter how differently the 5 per cent. or so of accomplished, educated Blacks and mixed-race Mulattos may act, the research report The Color of Crime reveals that on average “Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery.” Mestizos commit violent crimes at three times the White rate. “Of the nearly 770,000 violent interracial crimes committed every year involving Blacks and Whites, Blacks commit 85 per cent. and Whites commit 15 per cent. …Blacks are an estimated 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against a White than vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit robbery.” The proportion of Blacks and Mestizos in an area is, statistically, the single best indicator of how dangerous it is.

It is the quasi-religious and pathological belief system of multiracialism — the ideology that says that monsters like Dandridge and Gray should have free access to the neighborhoods and schools of Stella and Ruby and Kathryn and Bryan Harvey — that is ultimately responsible for this crime.

What exactly is multiracialism?

So, again I ask: What is a multiracialist? He’s a person who believes that it is wise and good to have multiple races in our society, all living together under the same government. Multiracialists believe in the opposite of the Maxim of Self-determination: “Every people that considers itself to be a people should, to the maximum extent possible, live under its own government.” To rephrase that maxim to fit their beliefs, it would read something like “All peoples, regardless of race or culture, should be able to come and live under our democratic government.”

You’ll notice I didn’t say “should be able to come and live under any democratic government.” I said our government. That’s because multiracialists are inconsistent. That’s to be expected, because multiracialism is not a well-thought-out philosophy. It’s less of a philosophy than it is a kind of crazy religion. And it is less of a religion than it is a pathology, a mental disease.

A multiracialist may claim to believe that all nations should open themselves up to unlimited immigration and racial mixing (which is roughly the same as an individual “opening himself up” by leaning back, making a sizable incision across his chest with a machete, and letting any creatures large or small that happen by have at his blood and internal organs in any way they want, including living inside them and feeding on them).

But the multiracialist really doesn’t think that “all nations” should open themselves up that way. No. He thinks that only White nations should open themselves up like that. You never hear multiracialists demanding that Japan or Korea or China open themselves up to mass immigration of Whites. Japanese racial-nationalism is real — Japan is virtually 100 per cent. Japanese — but you almost never hear this discussed as a “problem” in the controlled media, unlike the “emergency” that White-ruled South Africa constituted. You never hear a demand for Africa to open up its wide fields and magnificent mountains for the settlement of White people. You almost never hear multiracialists calling for Israel to let in more Blacks.

No, the multiracialists demand open borders and “racial diversity” only for White nations. America must become more non-White — Europe and Australia must become more non-White. That is their demand.

Only in traditionally White nations is it an “evil” bordering on an emergency when the native-born population wants to maintain its integrity. Australians wanting White cities and White beaches: total evil. Japanese wanting a Japanese nation: just fine. Germans wanting to stay German: a racist abomination. Israel wanting to remain a Jewish state: A-OK. White Americans wanting to preserve their heritage and culture, and organizing to do so: racism and hate. Africans wanting to preserve their heritage and culture, and organizing to do so: laudable and wonderful.

Solution to the Race Problem?

As columnist and wit Bob Whitaker says, the multiracialists may claim that racial mixing is the “solution to the race problem,” but that’s not what they really mean at all. What they really want, and what they’re really working for, is a “solution to the White problem.” Because, truth be told, everything they do is designed to exterminate us. The true-believing multiracialists, those who have accepted multiracialism as a kind of religion, have been in essence driven insane to the point where they are working to kill their own people. But those who crafted this anti-survival belief system, in my opinion, knew exactly what they were doing.

Multiracialists claim that culture — which is learned, they say — means everything and genes — which are inherited — mean nothing. But they are wrong — genes determine all human potential, including cultural potential..

Genes determine the structure of our brains, and our brains determine our behavior (including that of the culture-bearing stratum, if any, in a given race), and there are racial differences in all these things.

The culture of the West could not have arisen without the European race, any more than wasp’s nests can arise spontaneously without wasps.

(The environment is secondary, not primary, as a factor in culture and behavior. If you alter the alluvial deposits near a colony of mud-dauber wasps, it may be that the mud-daubers’ nests will then be of inferior or at least a different quality. However, if you eliminate the mud-daubers themselves and replace them with a different sort of wasp, there will definitely be no mud-daubers’ nests. )

If one hypothetically eliminated all non-White contributions to our civilization, it would still exist and still be recognizable. But if one eliminated all the contributions of Whites to Western civilization, one would for all practical purposes eliminate the whole of it, and certainly all of its distinctive characteristics.

What if our positions were reversed?

If Europeans were placed in Africa to fend for themselves, wouldn’t that be a demonstration of the relative effects of genetic structure on culture, versus the effects of environment? And such a test has in fact been done. In South Africa and Rhodesia and elsewhere we have examples of European man, sometimes largely the cast-offs and most poorly educated part of their societies, building magnificent nations hardly distinguishable from their European homes in just a few generations.

Give the Liberians New York City entirely for themselves and I suspect that trees would be growing up through the pavement of Wall Street in less than a century; give Liberia to European man and in the same amount of time great universities and spaceports would rise in the plains and valleys of Nimba and Lofa.

Would the Europeans in Africa produce exactly the same things they would have produced if they had stayed in Stockholm or Rome or Moscow? No. But they would express their characteristic mentalities and personalities in such ways as the new environment demanded or permitted, becoming a new and distinct nation — but still part of the European cultural and racial family, which is recognized as a unity by everyone except desiccated Western “intellectuals” and their puppet-masters.

If Africans were in every way the equivalent of Whites, would we not find the great writers and artists of Africa — or the African diaspora — standing shoulder to shoulder with the great Europeans? Surely, with multiracialists eager to promote “equality” at all costs, the names of this unmined vein of new Poes and Vergils and Homers from Uganda — or “the hood” — would be shouted from the housetops and on every TV channel 24 hours per day.

In these politically correct times, anyone finding them would get a PBS spot with Bill Moyers and an Inaugural reading. But alas, the best they can give us is Langston Hughes and Maya Angelou and other fourth-raters.

But cultures do change!

Multiracialists might object to what I have said, and point out that cultures do change, even while the gene pool remains substantially the same. So how can genes determine culture?

A stone-building culture will change, of course, if the people run out of stones. A whale-oil-burning culture will change if all the whales are killed. An asteroid collision with the Earth would certainly change our culture. That’s elementary.

Equally elementary is the fact that a race, placed by Nature on a rich and gigantic continent, which in the course of its entire existence and in all of its innumerable tribes and peoples and nations, never independently created a written language is significantly different genetically from the race which — in the same amount of time — produced Dante and the Parthenon and the Saturn V rocket. The gene pools of some races produce brighter and more creative people, on average, than others. More discoveries are made in the cultures of such creative peoples. When the whale oil runs out, or the ice sheet expands, they can adapt more readily than others, too.

“Culture” is merely a name we give to the things that some groups of human beings do. Human beings behave as they do because of the structure of their brains. Unless there has been a serious injury or illness, that brain structure is determined by genetic inheritance.

What will racial mixture bring?

Mixing will not mean one homogeneous mixed race — far more likely is an India-like scenario, with a multiplicity of new types and subtypes, with all the associated hostilities and conflicts of a bi-racial society multiplied by ten. That’s not a future I’d wish upon my posterity.

Furthermore, even wholesale mixing will not end the processes of racial divergence and speciation. It may set them back 100,000 years (and, in the process, extinguish forever the hope that Life will transcend the bonds of Earth), but they cannot be stopped.

Like storm-clouds building into thunderheads, race-formation is always on the horizon, always happening.

So the enforced multiracialism that now prevails in the former West is not only cruel, genocidal, and destructive — but since it must fail in its goals, it is also pointless.

It’s magic

Multiracialists don’t think much of borders, but in their insanity they do give borders some magical qualities. They believe that merely arriving on our side of the U.S. border makes one an American, for example. I am sorry to interrupt their dream, but “arriving” anywhere does not make one a member of the people currently residing there — who, by sharing a language, history, sense of community, and blood relationship constitute a nation.

Nations are biological entities; they are groups of living people. They are also movable and not necessarily fixed in one location or territory, though they obviously need territory to survive.

Legal formalities and hand-waving: a recent American naturalization ceremony

It would make about as much sense to claim that a Volkswagen becomes a Fiat when it crosses the Alps, or that a Jackson Pollock painting becomes art when it is placed in a gallery, or that an intruder becomes a member of the family he is robbing and raping and killing because he’s in their house.

The achievement of American greatness occurred when America was about 90 per cent. White; when Whites controlled virtually every level of government, virtually all media of entertainment, education, and culture, and virtually all businesses. Imposing American culture on Blacks and other non-Whites — with very limited success, I might add — did not result in equivalent greatness among those races.

France is indubitably a great nation. But the imposition of French culture on North Africans did not result in a new or greater France. The imposition of French culture on Indochina did not result in a new France, or anything even remotely similar. It might be interesting to compare the achievements of French Polynesia with those of France. Culture is secondary. Race is paramount.

The European race has proven again and again and again that it has the requisite mental equipment to found, maintain, and advance a high civilization. Brand X cannot make this claim, even when advanced civilization is handed to them on a platter.

Multiracialism cannot succeed in its goal of eradicating racial divisions and the racial divergence that is an inherent part of evolution. Multiracialism cannot bring about a race-blind society. Multiracialism cannot create human “equality,” which is an utter delusion which will never exist.

But multiracialism can destroy our culture. It can prevent us from advancing and ever reaching the stars. It can exterminate our race. It can kill little children like Ruby and Stella Harvey. CRAZY PEOPLE say some really funny things, if you like absurd humor. A crazy person may believe that locomotives are actually made out of marshmallows. Or he may think that the only reason we can’t drink bleach without harmful effects is because we haven’t prayed to the right deity in precisely the right manner. And some lunatics are quite intelligent in their way, and may be able to produce creative and internally consistent arguments at some length to justify their positions, even if their premises are quite nutty. And all that’s good for a laugh.

For example, one Flat Earth believer insisted that the Earth was two-dimensional and shaped like a plate. And he could even explain how, on this plate-shaped Earth, people could apparently travel in a straight line and eventually end up back at their starting point. “They simply fall off the edge,” he said, “and since the Earth is two-dimensional with no thickness whatsoever, they ‘fall’ into an area comprising no space at all and reappear instantly on the opposite side of the plate to resume their straight-line journey back to their starting point.”

“But,” someone objected, “wouldn’t people notice all this ‘falling off’ and being transported across thousands of miles?”

But the Flat Earther had an answer for that. “No, they wouldn’t,” he continued. “Since the area ‘off the edge’ of the Earth comprises no space, it therefore takes no time to traverse it, and the traveller is not even aware of his movement.”

All very logical, of course, if you accept the man’s premises. Even ingenious. But still completely insane.

We can laugh at our Flat Earther. And we should laugh at the multiracialist who believes that all human races are “equal,” or that “races do not exist,” for his ideas are equally kooky — and are even more at variance with observed reality than the Flat Earther’s. But crazy people are funny only at a distance. When they’re in the same room with you, you start getting nervous — and for good reason. If they ever get the upper hand over the sane people, then it’s really time to worry.

It’s all well and good for kooks to spout their theories behind padded walls or in isolated basements. But when they have the power to hold your wife and children on the railroad track so they can sample the delights of the rapidly-approaching marshmallow locomotive, then they become deadly. When they require us all to drink bleach because the right gods have been propitiated, then they are homicidal. And when they decide that “races don’t exist” or that “we’re all the same” and then start opening our borders and making social policy and propaganda to encourage racial mixing, then they are genocidal — and they must be stopped.

Eventually, we’ll have to remove all such people from positions of power. For now, I think that one of the best weapons against them is laughter — the demonstration that multiracialist ideas are indeed quite insane. This will help build the consciousness and confidence of Whites who have remained rational — and it will jar some of the good but miseducated folks who accepted multiracialism back into sanity. Let’s take a look at some of the multiracialists’ lunacy.

Groupthink: Suppressing Real Thinkers

Much of what passes for writing and education today contains an implicit assumption that is totally erroneous: the assumption that it is somehow “immoral” to recognize the reality of the inequality of the human races.

First of all, I see no validity whatsoever in any moral system which condemns free inquiry, rational thought, or recognition of ascertained facts. And I am going to question such pernicious nonsense wherever it appears.

To our shame, there was once a religio-legal system in place in the West which imprisoned or killed persons who questioned the existence of transubstantiation or demons (and many other fantastic delusions, too numerous to list). I have publicly condemned that system, and continue to do so, and obviously do not want it to return.

But we are returning to it, in a way.

We of the West are now veering toward the establishment of the doctrine of “equality” — racial, and other varieties as well — as a kind of secular religion. The “hate crime” laws which are now being imposed by the elites’ hired legislators (with the acquiescence of the boobs) are part and parcel of the new faith: Like most priesthoods, the prime movers of the “equality” hoax have a yen to punish, imprison, or kill those who question their profitable racket. In some countries, like Canada and Germany, they already have that power. (The same thing applies to belief in “the Holocaust,” another faltering styrofoam prop of the current establishment.)

‘Racism’

A precursor to the legal persecution of those perceptive enough to realize that neither individuals nor races are, or should be, “equal” is the promotion (only begun in the last few decades, by the way) of the idea that such “evil” thoughts constitute “racism” and that “racism” is an awful awful bad thing — mustn’t do or Daddy spank. Slowly the idea is being added that not only is “racism” veddy veddy bad, but it is also somehow illegal.

Preposterous? Well, demons, witches, and transubstantiation are preposterous, too, but hundreds of thousands have been killed by “well-meaning” folks fired up for blood by an utterly false and insane belief system. I don’t want it to happen again.

There is no evidence whatsoever that the human races are equal in intelligence (or in many other characteristics), and in fact it would be a bizarre anomaly of Nature if they were. After many thousands of years of divergent evolution in vastly different environments, it would be astounding if we found the human races to be “equal” in physical structure or mental conformation. The whole concept of the evolution of life by branching and speciation depends on the ever-flowering inequality of races or subspecies. This applies to every form of life and, frankly, it’s not quite sane to believe it doesn’t apply to human beings.

There should be no moral opprobrium attached to the stating of this obvious fact.

I once had a multiracialist “explain” to me the consistent failure of Blacks and Mestizos to achieve at a level comparable to Whites. He said: “The only reason they could possibly fail is if they are discriminated against.” So, in his mind, “equality” of the races is a given, an almost divine law of the universe. The only reason we don’t have racial equality in the real world — the only reason — is “discrimination” by Whites. He then went on to demonize “discrimination,” as if it were a Satanic thing practiced by Whites for the sole purpose of preventing his perfect heaven of “equality” from coming into being.

But racial “discrimination” merely means choosing between races for some purpose. For example, when the founding fathers of this country instituted the Naturalization Act of 1790 (in effect until treasonously abrogated in 1952), which explicitly stated that only members of the European race could become citizens of the United States, they were certainly choosing in that sense. They were trying to ensure the practical fulfillment of what had been stated in the Constitution: that this new nation was for their “sacred posterity” — that is, the actual lineal descendants and kin of the European men and women making up this nation. They chose not to give their new nation, purchased at the cost of so much blood and toil, to others.

If you are an American basketball coach engaged in a bidding war to award “scholarships” to some of the lengthier African tribesmen, you too are engaged in racial “discrimination,” though of the crassest commercial sort.

Discrimination merely means choosing between alternatives. The expression “discriminating shoppers,” meaning “intelligent shoppers who care about quality,” survives in American English as a reminder of the original meaning of the word in the days before the insanity really got started.

Racial “segregation” — which multiracialists condemn as even more terrible than discrimination — is, of course, the state of affairs which obtained between the races, wherever they intersected, for millennia before the advent of multiracialism and the equality cult. Absent laws forcing their association, the vast majority of the members of all human races segregate themselves quite naturally. An examination of high school lunchrooms — or metro area neighborhoods — in “racially diverse” areas will easily confirm this.

Before the racial “equality” nuttiness came on the scene, people organized their societies that way naturally without even thinking about it. Even today, Whites who are as “liberal” as you can get without actually being off your rocker still make housing purchase decisions in a manner absolutely indistinguishable from contributors to National Vanguard.

It’s unconscious. It’s biological. And it really has nothing to do with “hate” — and everything to do with divergent evolution.

If you are not free to discriminate, you are not free to choose.

If you may only discriminate when an authority says your choice is based on what the authority says is “relevant” (as in “best qualified for the job” or “able to pay,” or whatever), then you are a slave to that authority.

I prefer the principles of the founders of my nation, the United States of America, which give me the freedom to choose and to decide for myself what is relevant and what is not.

Persecution, Hate, and Conflict: Caused by Multiracialism

Multiracialists often claim that racial realists like us want to persecute and dominate other races. As far as persecution and domination are concerned, I’m absolutely against them. They implicitly assume a multiracial society. Wherever two or more races are required to live under the same government, there is always racial conflict and claims of domination or “unfairness.”

Once every race has its independence and freedom, and its own territory, such things will be as rare as racial conflict is in Iceland or Japan today. The Maxim of Self-Determination eliminates and makes impossible persecution and domination of one people by another to the same extent that it facilitates racial separation. It’s in the forced multiracialist states — which sadly includes most of the White world these days — where racial conflicts erupt. The multiracialist belief is the precise opposite of the truth.

The Law

Multiracialists condemn the former American laws which, until quite recently, prevented marriage between members of different races. Laws forbidding racial intermarriage were, as Jefferson stated, an unfortunate necessity because of the proximity of the races — unless one was willing, as the Founding Fathers and most Americans throughout history were not, to accept the genocide, by mixing, of one’s own race.

Jefferson, along with many other founders and also Abraham Lincoln, thought that the best answer was racial separation on a continental scale: that is, repatriation of Africans to the land of their ancestors, or, in the interest of economy, their transportation to the island of Santo Domingo in the Caribbean.

Multiracialists reject the rational and humane vision of the Founders. They dream of racial mixing as an ideal — they dream of racial mixing like some people dream of the Second Coming or winning the Publisher’s Clearinghouse sweepstakes. They dream of racial mixing as if it will usher in a new, ideal world of good and virtue. They are dangerous, crazy people. One actually told me once: “When we have mixed our gene pools enough, probably 10 or 20 generations from now, we will all be pretty close to the same color. End of the race issue. Interbreeding between races improves genetic vigor and dilutes race-specific defects… I am doing my part, as often as is practical.”

I am glad that such multiracialists forthrightly admit that they want the genocide and extinction of our race — most of their ilk are not so honest.

Fantasy Future

But I am afraid that their dream of the one happy mixed race of the future is a hopeless fantasy.

Wherever racial mixing has occurred on a large scale, the result has not been one harmonious mixed race, but exactly the opposite. New racial combinations come into being, with multiple layers of stratification, and there is a tremendous increase in racial conflict. (Spike Lee’s School Daze dealt with this process of race-formation and stratification among Mulattos and Blacks.)

India, which has now spun off into four separate nations, with at least another two about to be born in blood, is a good example; as is Brazil, where they are now shooting unwanted Mulatto children like mad dogs in the streets, with the apparent approval of many in all social classes, who are now so degraded that they only wish to see life go on with a minimum of trouble.

Those are not futures I would wish on my children. The only way to prevent them is to preserve the European racial character of our nation.

‘Race Does Not Exist’

Multiracialists like to claim that since many racial traits have no hard-edged geographic boundaries, that therefore “race does not exist.”

I am sure that few would assert, because the Earth’s atmosphere possesses no hard-edged boundary with the emptiness of interplanetary space, that the atmosphere does not exist or that it is identical to a vacuum.

The boundaries between pre-man and man were also not hard-edged when we were diverging from our pre-human ancestors. That racial division led to a very significant speciation indeed.

There is also an infinite series of gradations and no hard-edged boundaries between Lake Itasca, the Mississippi River, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Ocean. I think we shall have to agree, though, that it is not wicked to regard the Atlantic Ocean as different in many most significant ways from Lake Itasca. And there are special rooms for people who seriously believe that these gradations somehow prove that the Mississippi River doesn’t exist.

And, further, there is a very long series of gradations of life forms between pond scum and the Queen of England, and the precise divisions we make between all of these life forms are to some degree “social” and arbitrary. But they are also useful; they describe real hereditary distinctions of structure and behavior; and they have greatly increased our understanding of the Life processes which allowed something not too dissimilar from pond scum to eventually become the Queen of England.

It is also true that chemical waste dumps blend to some extent with ground water, and that without extensive tests you cannot be sure that your well water is absolutely pure. But that is no excuse for pouring in a quart of dioxin, or for claiming that dioxin is “the same” as water. That’s essentially what the multiracialists are doing to our gene pool.

Everyone who acknowledges the evolutionary process acknowledges that races exist. (It’s only when we come to the ever-so-sensitive topic of human races that religious and political delusions make some avert their eyes from reality.)

The Engine of Evolution

Race-formation is the very engine of evolution itself. Without it, Life as we know it would be impossible.

Due to mutations and the actions of natural selection on existing variations, new types develop. When these varieties become significantly distinct, we call them races or subspecies. When they become even more distinct, diverging to the point where interbreeding is the exception rather than the rule, or even becomes impossible, then we call them a new species.

All mammals had a common ancestor (now extinct), and there are now many species of mammal. Therefore all existing mammal species must have gone through a race-divergence process, evolving into many different subspecies and eventually new species.

Note that we are applying hard-edged concepts (species, subspecies) upon what is really a continuous process, the branching process of divergence and speciation.

This divergence has certainly happened to the human races, and indeed it would be a biological wonder approaching the fantastic if it hadn’t. In fact, it is still happening.

The Most Significant Question

The really interesting question isn’t where we hang the precise labels of race and species, though.

The question of greatest significance is this:

Will we, through our social policies and our popular mythologies, allow this branching process to continue; or will we attempt to terminate it?

Speciation is a gradual process which could not happen without race-formation. It’s absurd to deny this.

Race-formation occurs even in beings not possessing a consciousness, such as plants, and in fact took place for many millennia before the development of consciousness in any form. Astoundingly, all of this happened despite the fact that the big-brained multiracialists weren’t provided with a definition of race that suited them.

To claim that we must precisely or genetically define races before we acknowledge their existence is equivalent to claiming that Amazonian tribesmen may not distinguish between food and offal because they haven’t studied the chemical structures thereof.

Actually, it’s even more ridiculous than that: it is equivalent to claiming, because the tribesmen can’t make the requisite molecular diagrams, that there actually is no difference between the waste products of a chicken and its eggs.

So multiracialism is an absurd and dangerous body of ideas, bound to be ultimately fatal to any people that embraces it for long.

Cui bono?

The Jewish supremacists who dominate our media have promoted multiracialism 24 hours a day for two generations at least. Yet, clearly, from their opposition to Jewish intermarriage and their support of the racial-nationalist-supremacist state of Israel, we can see that they clearly do not believe in such insanity themselves.

So why do they promote it to us? Their culture is one of infiltrating and altering the other cultures within which they live. What they promote for us is based on what they want us to do. And what they want us to do is not what is best for us, but whatever they believe is best for them. That — like their talent for haggling over the price of a carpet in a Levantine market, or for getting the rubes to think the pea is definitely under the third shell — may ultimately be genetic.

AMERICA IS FALLING to the invaders before our eyes. Our borders are open, and a large faction of an ostensibly conservative party wants to open them even further. So do their opponents. Our women and children are increasingly raped, beaten, and killed by non-White gangs, demographic trends forecast the doom of our race, our soldiers have become nothing but enforcers for a criminal foreign state — and yet the people blithely play their ball games, work at making more and better widgets and burgers, listen to the soothing words of the preachers and the newscasters, and generally carry on as if death was not about to tap them and their children on the shoulder.

It has been said by Dr. William Pierce that the brainwashed American booboisie are like lemmings, those little arctic rodents who, when population and environmental pressures build up, flee in a mass unthinking panic, often directly to their doom. A legend was created — and popularized by a Disney film from the 1950s, White Wilderness — that the lemmings were deliberately committing suicide. But the truth is that the lemmings aren’t purposely killing themselves at all. They simply don’t know what they’re doing.

This makes Dr. Pierce’s analogy even more apt. Lemming numbers build up dramatically after a season or two of prosperity, and, as the lemmings attempt to spread out, sometimes geography constrains them into a small area or narrow channel, where social friction and distress lead to mass panic: Some lemmings begin to run in a certain direction, and soon they all are running madly in that direction without any purpose or destination in mind. And then comes the cliff, the river, or the sea. And the end of the lemmings.

What brings these lemmings to their doom is a kind of insanity related to the herd instinct. They’re running because the others are running. They’re running to get away from each other, but they’re all running in the same direction, so they never get away from each other until the fall or the water takes them. Insane.

But the behavior of these lemmings is no more insane than that of the men who continued their card games in the lounges of doomed and sinking ocean liners, or the members of the orchestras who kept playing to entertain them. No more insane than the behavior of the Romans, who, when the barbarians had entered the city and the slaughter had already begun, refused to adjust their behavior accordingly and continued to feast and bathe and indulge themselves with their fellow degenerate nobility until the end finally came. No more insane than the White people who willingly vote to send their children to school with vicious savages, tax themselves to import more savages, build breeding colonies for those savages in their own neighborhoods, and provide lavishly for every need of the savages to the point where something like half their lives are wasted laboring for them, crippling their own lives and the lives of their own children thereby. Yet these lemmings in human form, some of them apparently quite intelligent, continue to do that.

They’ve gone insane. Even if you leave the all-important issue of race out of it, they are clearly acting against the interests of their own families, their own children. They are mentally ill. They’re high on the hooch of the “equality” religion — and it is a religion — and, like an alcoholic whose habit is threatened, they will lash out viciously at anyone who tries to cure their addiction.

Even modern-day conservatives, who claim to want to preserve traditional American values, dare not tread on the really crucial issues — race and Jewish power — because if they did, they’d be outside the limits of permitted debate, and the attacks of the media masters and their conformist former friends would begin in earnest. They’d have a real fight on their hands, not the play fights in the Democratic/Republican sandbox they’re accustomed to. Since the conservatives won’t fight that fight, and the left, though awakening to some degree, is so mired in the “equality” religion that it cannot fight that fight, the duty falls to us. Every time I speak before a meeting of racially conscious White men and women I am filled with joy to look at the faces of men and women who understand that fact and are willing to do something about it.

The conservatives are permitted to rant about the Constitution and conspiracies and “traditional values” (so long as they never mention racial integrity, a core value of America’s founders) and prayer in the schools and bronze plaques of the Ten Commandments and the size of government and tax rates until they’re blue in the face, and no one in the ruling establishment really cares, no one from the FBI or JTTF shows up at their door — because all these are peripheral issues, and even if each and every one of them were decided for all time in the way favored by the conservatives it wouldn’t slow the death of our race and civilization by so much as a six months.

The conservative movement, which is more and more openly run by Jews and Zionist warmongers — like David Horowitz and Rupert Murdoch — and lunatic Christian Zionists, has become nothing more than a business, designed to separate the yokels from their shekels and get them alarmed, running in circles or, better yet, running over the cliff. They’re allowed to be distressed by the symptoms of multiracialism, but they can never even look for the real causes of our decline, much less the solutions, which they are not permitted to think about.

Glenn Beck — one of Murdoch’s “right wing” “constitutionalist” talking heads — literally slobbers all over himself worshipping multiracialism itself and in the person of its chief deity, Martin Luther King. What Beck’s followers don’t know (but Beck might, and Murdoch surely does) is that the multiracial society they adore 1) could never have produced the American Constitution, and 2) is directly antithetical to it and will never countenance its restoration.

The lunacy of the American conservatives reminds me of the story of the policeman who was walking his beat one dark night, when he saw a drunk under a streetlight on his hands and knees, going round and round in circles with his face pressed almost to the ground. The officer called out “Say there, what are you doing?” and the drunk replied “I lost my wallet on Maple Street, in the next block over.” That puzzled the policeman, and he asked “If you lost your wallet a block away on Maple Street, why are you looking for it here?” The drunk looked up and calmly explained “I’ll never find it on Maple Street — there’s no streetlight there.” Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News (among others) is making a lot of noises that conservatives like to hear, all the while shining a huge spotlight carefully aimed directly away from the real sources of America’s decline.

The American people, of course, have lost a lot more than their wallets — they’ve lost their country and they’ve lost their minds. I’ve devoted a substantial portion of my life to encouraging the sane remnant to look in the right places for solutions. HERE IS AN AMAZING four-part video series (43 minutes total and well worth the time) by the painter Scott Burdick. Don’t be put off by the fact that Burdick goes out of his way — way, way out of his way — to show traditional Western art, some of it his own, that depicts non-Whites. It’s as if he’s saying “see how non-racist I am,” to deflect attention from the fact the the rising Art Underground he depicts is substantially Whiter than rural New Hampshire. He nevertheless masterfully skewers the modern art establishment and their hatred for beauty — and their literal banishment of it from their galleries, museums, and literature. With calm logic he analyzes the common characteristics of the paintings that are sought out by these culture-distorters, and those that they reject.

It isn’t abstract versus representational art — it isn’t nudity, or the human form or its absence — it isn’t fine-grained versus rough materials; none of these determine what is accepted and what is rejected. In the “intellectual” theories (with Jewish / Frankfurt School roots, though Burdick doesn’t say so) that must be internalized by anyone wishing to rise in the modern art world today, it is beauty itself that must be rejected and ugliness or nothingness which must be praised, especially if the artist pays obeisance to the “intellectuals” and their “theories.”

MUCH HAS BEEN written about the effects of the Hal Turner conviction on what is left of free speech in America. I agree that it will have what lawyers and the cliché-ridden call a “chilling effect.” But so much of what has been written misses the most important fact in the case.

Hal Turner was a fake. A phony.

He was not really a critic of the regime in Washington.

He worked for that regime, and his job was 1) to make critics of that regime’s racial and foreign policies look like dangerous, violent lunatics by promoting stupidity and violence; and 2) to put the regime’s critics under close surveillance and, if possible, in jail. (I realized early on that he was a liar, that the articles he wrote were exaggerated or created out of whole cloth, and that his moronic “kill ’em” rhetoric was designed to defame and denigrate racially conscious Americans by association. He was enraged by my refusal to give him publicity.)

Despite the fact that he was fairly effective at his dishonorable profession, his employers were even more dishonorable.

A few months after a hacker publicly disclosed that Turner was working for the FBI’s “Joint Terrorism Task Force” (the same outlaw outfit that falsely charged and imprisoned me and was complicit in the theft of all of my property), his handlers decided he was more of a liability than an asset. So they arranged to have him prosecuted and imprisoned for doing the very things that they had hired and paid him to do.

There is a lesson here:

The regime in Washington and the ethnically distinct oligarchs that control it has no friends, and no honor. Cooperate with or work for it at your extreme peril.

This lesson will sooner or later be learned by the native inhabitants who have collaborated with the invaders in Afghanistan and Iraq. The regime in Washington will betray them when it is expedient to do so. And the Earth will be soaked red with their blood.

What will Hal Turner’s life be like in Federal prison?

His life may be in danger. Violence doesn’t happen every day, but it does happen. The billionaires’ media are allowed into the prisons, and the vilification of some prisoners as “haters” in the money-men’s press and TV does agitate the mostly-Black inmates, sometimes to fury.

There are some very nasty people in there, who — unlike me and the other 50 per cent. or so of innocent folks in prison — are really guilty of unimaginable crimes: people who enjoy hurting other people for the smallest reasons, or for the sheer fun of it. Or for racially- or politically-motivated “revenge.”

It’s doubtful that such persons would be able to comprehend the subtleties of Turner’s case, or care if they did.

There is little oversight of what prisoners do to one another in their huge filthy, open, stinking pens — sometimes none for hours at a time.

Turner will also will be provided with “medical care” that is essentially nonexistent, from alleged doctors who can’t make it in the real world (who might deign to see you if you’re in really severe pain… in a few days or weeks) and most of whom, like almost all the guards and administrators, don’t give a solitary damn and are there in Hell with you strictly for the Federal paycheck and retirement.

In addition to the violent criminals, there are some people in there — and some of these were falsely convicted, or convicted of “crimes” which shouldn’t be crimes — who are extremely bitter and are looking for any way out. Some of these will willingly lie and perjure themselves to help corrupt U.S. Attorneys advance their careers  — and get more convictions against hapless people in prison who have little or no means to defend themselves.

The system itself is a crime, and it is irremediably corrupt.

To put someone in that Hell who is guilty of nothing more than possessing a recreational drug — or not possessing the right paperwork for his firearm — or who is guilty of no crime whatsoever, as I was — is absolutely unconscionable.

I’m very leery of wishing that anyone — even the most thuggish Black drug dealer imaginable — be put into such a Hell. Like the system that created it, it is too cruel.

Of course, Hal Turner supported that system with all the vigor and dishonesty and cleverness he could muster. And he accepted the system’s filthy dollars. He helped put others — innocent others — into that Hell. So perhaps he is a special case.

They stated “Kevin Alfred Strom is innocent,” saying of me that “he dedicated his life to fighting against pornography, child pornography, rape, murder… How could they even accuse him of such nonsense?” In another editorial they wrote: “Kevin Alfred Strom has a family and he has children… He dedicated his life to fighting against globalization, child porn, sex slavery, drugs…” and that the accusations against me were “inventions of severely damaged and evil brains.”

PERJURER EXPOSED AGAIN: Evidence is mounting that Elisha Strom, the woman whose perjured testimony and work with the so-called Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) caused false federal charges to be filed against me, had several inappropriate relationships with the local and “terrorism task force” officers she was at first working with — and then turned against, causing her to be arrested for stalking them, harassing them, and interfering with them. Both she and the JTTF avoided a trial full of revelations of their respective characters when a plea agreement was struck in which she plead guilty to two counts of obstruction of justice.

As analogue TV is phased out, the media moguls have pinned their hopes on over-the-air digital video. But, in time, Internet video will eclipse the moguls and their networks.

Farnsworth, invent the system for encoding pictures and sound together on radio waves which we know today as television — died in Salt Lake City today at age 98. Mrs. Farnsworth was one of the first people whose images were transmitted via television in 1927, when she was 19.

Mrs. Farnsworth, who married the inventor in 1926, worked by her husband’s side in his laboratories and fought for decades to assure his place in history after his 1971 death. The first-ever TV transmission took place on September 7, 1927, in Farnsworth’s San Francisco lab, when the 21-year-old inventor sent an image to a receiver in the next room.

The White inventor said the inspiration for his invention had come seven years earlier, while he was plowing a field on his family’s Idaho farm. He visualized an image being scanned onto a cathode ray tube — then used only for oscilloscopes — the same way that his field was plowed: row by row.

Mrs. Farnsworth recalled that morning in the lab “like it was yesterday,” she said in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle in 2002. “It was a very small screen, about the size of a postage stamp, an inch and a half square. At first, we were stunned. It was too good to be true. Then Phil said, ‘There you have it — electric television.”‘

According to the book Philo T. Farnsworth: The Father of Television by Donald G. Godfrey, “the first human images transmitted by Farnsworth were of his wife and her brother, Cliff Gardner. A 3 1/2-inch-square image of his wife with her eyes closed was transmitted on October 19, 1929, Gardner wrote. The book lists her as ‘first woman on TV.’”

Sadly, credit for his pioneering work was almost taken from Farnsworth when Jewish-controlled conglomerate RCA under David Sarnoff, with a potential profit in the hundreds of millions if they prevailed, claimed the innovation was the work of one of its house engineers. But in 1935, the courts ruled that Farnsworth was the real inventor.

Nevertheless Farnsworth received little recognition or monetary compensation in later years, because of what some say was purposeful revenge by the Jewish establishment for his defeat of Sarnoff. Many scholars also blame Sarnoff for setting back the development of FM radio for decades — because it threatened the AM networks and AM receiver technology in which RCA was heavily invested — and for thereby causing the suicide of the White inventor Edwin Armstrong, who created FM radio in 1933.

According to Godfrey, Philo Farnsworth gave his wife credit as co-inventor, saying, “my wife and I started this TV.”

Mrs. Farnsworth’s 1990 autobiography, Distant Vision, tells the story of the battle between Sarnoff and the creative man whose work, we now must admit, has been appropriated and grossly misused by his enemies.

Interestingly, Farnsworth, who also invented a nuclear fusion device later in his career, predicted HDTV and solid-state flat-screen technology in a 1957 interview: “[W]e think we can eventually get in excess of 2000 lines instead of 525 … and do it on an even narrower channel … which will make for a much sharper picture. We believe in the picture-frame type of a picture, where the visual display will be just a screen. And we hope for a memory, so that the picture will be just as though it’s pasted on there.”

Even though amplitude-modulated vestigial sideband television transmission is now gone from the U.S. commercial airwaves, television itself is being revolutionized by the Internet, which — if the would-be censors continue to be stymied — bids fair to free us from the “gatekeepers” of New York and Hollywood that have controlled and limited our choices for so long.

Many scholars also blame Sarnoff for setting back the development of FM radio for decades — because it threatened the AM networks and AM receiver technology in which RCA was heavily invested — and for thereby causing the suicide of the White inventor Edwin Armstrong, who created FM radio in 1933.

According to Godfrey, Philo Farnsworth gave his wife credit as co-inventor, saying, “my wife and I started this TV.”

SOME PEOPLE — most notably lobbyists for the world’s wealthiest ethnic group — would like to see “speech codes,” which make it a punishable offense to criticize persons who belong to certain “protected classes,” enacted into law in the United States.

These pressure groups have already gotten their way in many European countries, and people have gone to jail and had their lives ruined and their families devastated merely for telling the truth as they saw it — for saying that some racial groups commit a disproportionate amount of crime, for example; or for suggesting that some wartime propaganda stories might be exaggerated.

Any attempt to legislate our free speech away — and many have been made — would be unconstitutional and therefore the legislation itself would be illegal. Of course! That’s the way it’s supposed to work in the land of the free.

But absent honorable citizens and honorable judges to bring down such pretended “laws,” the illegal legislation might stand. Many blatantly unconstitutional statutes and illegally adopted amendments stand today. For example, it’s unconstitutional on its face for the federal government to be involved in any way whatsoever with education. Yet its tentacles are now everywhere in education, from pre-kindergarten on up. And it’s obviously illegal under the supreme law for the feds to own or run General Motors. Yet we let it stand.

One of the things that the Founders explicitly wanted to avoid was an omnipotent legislature.

They didn’t want the majority of representatives to be able to make any law that the majority wanted.

They didn’t want the majority of the population to have its way, if its “way” was outside the very limited powers given to the federal government.

They didn’t want the “will of the people” — which just means whatever the unthinking mob thinks it wants at any given moment — to rule. (Contrast that with what Obama and the equally repellent Republicans say almost every day.)

They didn’t want those things because they were against tyranny — and the tyranny of the majority is every bit as bad as the tyranny of a king or dictator. That’s why we have the Bill of Rights and that’s especially why we have the Tenth Amendment.

In addition to restoring the authority of the Constitution, I’d enjoy seeing a mechanism that would severely punish legislators who knowingly introduce or otherwise support legislation that is unconstitutional. It would make the bastards a lot more careful. The executive and judicial branches, when complicit, should not be immune, either.

Of course, if “speech codes” or other kinds of tyranny were introduced by successful amendment of the Constitution, they would become constitutional by definition.

And when zealots, politicians, criminals, and the media conspire together it’s possible to get amendments illegally adopted, as the 14th Amendment certainly was. John Curran was right. Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.

IF YOU WATCH FOX NEWS or read political blogs you probably have a headache from all the accusations of “fascism” bouncing back and forth from left to right and back again. “Obama’s a fascist!” “Rush is a fascist!” “Bush is a fascist!” “The Zionists are fascists!” “Your grandmother’s a fascist!” “Kevin Strom is a fascist!” And then we have that ridiculous neologism “Islamofascism.”

Modern Republicans and Democrats both misuse the term “fascist” — and to such a degree that the misuse has started to be enshrined in dictionaries.

In the broad sense, the term (from the Latin for “bundle”) just refers to the strength of a united people — as in the ancient Roman story in which a father asks his sons to gather sticks from the forest and bring them to him. Taking the wooden rods one at a time, he easily breaks each of them in two. But when the very same rods are bound together — symbolizing a united family or people — they are unbreakable.

The fascist symbol, or fasces, usually with the rods bound around an axe to signify authority, thus became the symbol of the Roman Republic and its ideals. It was also used by the French republic, was adopted by Mussolini’s 20th century Fascist movement, and was also used by the United States during the same era — among many others.

The U.S. dime displayed the fasces on its reverse from 1916-1945; and it is displayed prominently to this day in the main chamber of the U.S. Congress.

It’s also a prominent element of Daniel Chester French’s highly idealized sculpture in the Lincoln Memorial.

In the narrow sense, fascism means specifically the socio-political movement popularized by Benito Mussolini and to some degree carried on into more recent times by the Movimento Sociale Italiano.

It was characterized by the ideal of the state as expressing the will of the people, with the people being an organic, natural entity, not divided into classes with differing economic interests but instead with each sector of society (such as farmers, laborers, administrators, merchants, et cetera) able to elect its own legislative representatives. In practice, many compromises were made with allies and with the old order of things.

The central government and ruling party had a lot of authority under Italian Fascism, and that is really the only similarity real fascism shares with the pop-definition of the word. But other central governments and parties past and present had similar or greater degrees of authority — such in fact being the norm for almost all human societies throughout history.

The pop-definition of “fascist” is roughly “big, bad, scary, and mean authoritarianism.”

“Fascist” is used by the Democrat gang to refer to the Republicans and their often authoritarian views on (among other things) war, drugs, and sexuality — and by the Republican gang to refer to the Democrats and their often authoritarian views on (among other things) freedom of association, financial privacy, and taxation.

It’s misused that way because both sides think they can make brownie points by scaring voters with the spectre of authoritarianism from the rival gang.

Here’s the truth: both modern Republicans and modern Democrats score pretty high on the authoritarianism scale — somewhat higher, I’d say, than the Movimento Sociale Italiano.

AS READERS have doubtless noticed, this site has been down for several weeks as we recovered from a malicious hacker attack — and in the process I learned quite a bit about content management systems security, php code, and database management and recovery.

The site is still not fully restored yet, but, as you can see, most of the content is back and we will be making continual improvements, fine-tuning the site’s features, and adding new content too. Watch this space!

MY NAME is Kevin Alfred Strom. I have been in solitary confinement for sixteen months. Circumstances and strategic considerations have kept me silent until now. But I have sworn to tell the whole truth, so I ask the court to grant me now perhaps one minute for every month I have been imprisoned.

All along I’ve told the truth to everyone — investigators, family members, this court, my closest friends — about this case, even when that truth was embarrassing to me or easily misconstrued to be used against me.

Let me tell you a little about my background. For some 20 years, I worked as a broadcast engineer. For three years, until I moved to Virginia in 2001, I was the local chapter leader of the Family Support Network, a parenting group. I’m a writer, a publisher, an editor, a broadcaster — and an activist for social change who’s taken on some powerful interest groups, armed only with a microphone and a pen. But more than anything else, I’m a father.

The greatest title of honor I’ve ever been given is “Daddy.”

My Children

My son Oliver[1] is fifteen, an honor student just embarking on his high school years and all the changes that implies.

My daughter Vita is eleven, also an honor student and getting set to graduate to middle school.

My younger son Alfred is thirteen and severely autistic. He has made some progress at a special school for autistic children, but in many ways he lives in his own inner world. Victims of autism have trouble relating to people, but often get very attached to one person in their lives. In Alfred’s case, that person is me.

Some years ago, I lived in Virginia while my ex-wife, the children’s mother, lived in Minnesota. I had to bear all the driving duties and all the costs to maintain my parenting time under joint custody. My parenting time was split into four periods every year.

I drove 1,250 miles to pick up the children, another 1,250 miles back home for my time with them, another 1,250 miles to drop them off, and then 1,250 miles back home again. And that’s for one trip. Depending on school or other schedules, sometimes the driving time was longer than the time at home with them. I was making that trip between here and Minnesota sixteen times a year. I did that for six years. It was worth every bit of effort. I love my children more than my own soul.

Your honor, I am not a pedophile. I am the farthest thing imaginable from a sexual pervert of any kind. I am in fact the precise opposite of the way I have been characterized in this case. And I have never sought out, purchased, enjoyed, or wanted child pornography of any kind.

Those who would in reality or fantasy violate the innocence of a child disgust me. They are monsters, aberrations, contra naturam, from whom the innocent need to be protected.

I am not a hateful person, your honor, but I do revile the foul deeds of pedophiles and child pornographers. In my public and private life I have exposed and condemned them, and opposed the “normalization” of pedophilia now being pushed in some psychological circles.

Sex and Love

I regard human sexuality not as a casual pleasure, nor as something dirty, but rather as something sacred, something holy. It is the means by which new souls are brought into the universe. This love of our hearts and our bodies connects us to — actually physically connects us to — the mysterious beginnings of all life, and to our as yet unknown destiny. It is not to be spoken of lightly.

To me, sex, love, and family form a kind of natural trinity which ought never to be sundered. I have long instinctively felt this way.

I believe in love. In my sexual life, I have been what one of my friends calls “an absolute straight arrow.” In high school, some called me a “Puritan” because I refused to participate in the alcohol, recreational drugs, and recreational sex which were and are so common. And I’ve remained true to my principles.

When the fates have blessed me with a sweetheart, I have always been faithful to her, always and absolutely. I have loved imperfectly and made innumerable mistakes, but I have loved with all my heart. And the number of sweethearts I have had in 51 years of life can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Art and Beauty

Your honor, before it was all taken from me, my home was filled with fine art: reproductions of the paintings of Maxfield Parrish, John William Waterhouse, William Bouguereau; the sculptures of Rodin, Houdon, St. Gaudens, Hiram Powers; and many others. I’m also a photographer and a graphic artist myself in my role as editor. And I operate a highly regarded online art gallery.

I believe one of the greatest purposes of high art is to depict the human form as an ideal of beauty and nobility. I believe that one of the greatest tragedies of modern art is that it has abandoned the Classical reverence for our natural form which, our ancestors believed and so do I, partakes of the Divine.

I believe that whenever the human body is portrayed, that portrayal should embody respect, nobility, beauty, and dignity — never crudity, lasciviousness, or degradation; even, or perhaps especially, when the erotic is part of that portrayal.

I do not like pornography. When in my life I have sought out the erotic, I have never sought the gross, the crude, the pornographic.

I’d like to live in a society in which no one wanted pornography of any kind. And I firmly believe that a revival of the Classical nude in art, in the exquisite tradition that culminated near the end of the 19th century, would go a very long way toward making all kinds of pornography disappear.

How then did I come here before you?

The Erotic and the Pornographic

Now, I have enjoyed erotic — but not pornographic — photography depicting beautiful young women. And my imprecisely-chosen words and speculations[2] about those pictures have been used against me. But the erotic photographs I actually sought out, on sites like BodyInMind.com, have nothing to do with these charges — except to the extent that my honest discussion of enjoying pictures of “beautiful young girls” (all of them on sites where the models are certified to be over eighteen) and words to that effect have been edited and twisted beyond recognition in order to incriminate me.

[2] (Speculations encouraged by cynical JTTF interrogators and a vengeful ex-spouse who surreptitiously recorded a marriage counseling session, both of whom later edited the recordings to remove the relevant context.)

In the presentencing report you will note that the number of images involved in this “crime” is fewer than ten. I was not even allowed to see these images, and then only briefly, until I was escorted to the FBI evidence room on August 22, 2007, in the eighth month of my imprisonment. At that time I and my lead attorney were able to view the files along with their associated metadata, showing size, date of last modification, and source, among other things.[3] Some of them are on my hard drive as a result of my actions and some are not. They break down as follows:

[3] (Except for one file downloaded and saved by my wife, which was an artistic photograph of a young woman wearing an angel costume which by no stretch of the imagination could be called pornographic, I had never seen any of these images before that date. They had all been deleted by me unseen when a picture forum was spammed, or were just unwanted and never-saved garbage from popup ads or spam, and were “recovered” by FBI/JTTF technicians.)

Only one of the charged files is even saved to the hard drive. All the others were deleted or never saved and no one (except a forensic investigator) could ever view them.

That one saved file was not saved by me. It was saved on a portion of the hard drive reserved for backups made automatically of my wife Elisha’s computer, and the file’s metadata confirm that it was in fact downloaded originally by her.

Responsibility

More than half of the remaining charged files have “last modified” dates after July 14, 2006 — the day I left my home to save my life and my children’s lives from Elisha’s violence. I never had access to that computer again after that date. I do not know exactly what was done to download or alter those files after that July 14, but one thing is sure: whoever did so was not I.[4]

By studying the metadata, I was able to determine that I was responsible for the presence of the tiny number of remaining files. Their source data shows that they came from an online forum I remember visiting several years ago. It’s a photography forum devoted to beautiful portraits, having nothing to do with sex or even nudity. Many wonderful, creative photos have been posted there. In fact, the rules of the forum prohibit the posting of any kind of pornography there. But, practically speaking, anyone can post anything there — and it will stay there until a moderator gets around to removing it.

[4] (It’s worth noting that only two or three of the charged files are in fact child pornography, and many are not even pornography at all. One was obviously a banner ad for an adult porn site, disgusting but not illegal, which prosecutors doubtlessly included because of the revolting and lurid text (“Teen Rape!”) plastered across the ad, which they falsely characterized as the “file name” in the indictment. The real file name was numeric and would not have made the desired impression on the public or the members of the grand jury.)

The last time I visited the forum it was flooded with spam promoting commercial pornography sites, with “sample” images some of which showed models that were children. Though the spammers used various tricks to evade the letter of the law (by blurring out genitals, for example), these pictures nevertheless were by turns sleazy, disgusting, and tragic. After seeing the first few images of the many in the group, I deleted them all, mostly sight unseen. Every image, of course, even the ones I never saw, left its trace on the hard drive. I never returned to the forum again. These files I “possessed” I possessed unwillingly.

Wanted and Unwanted; Beauty and Ugliness

To get a realistic picture of this affair, you must also comprehend the scale involved. I am a heavy user of computer images, both professionally and personally. There are more than 40,000 image files on my computer related to my journalism work alone. There are tens of thousands of family and Nature photographs — it’s nothing for me to take 100 in a single day — and thousands of fine art scans and images, book illustrations, and much more. I would estimate that the number of image files on that computer at more than 100,000; so many that I had to add several additional hard drives to the system.

Clearly, your honor, I know how to seek out, collect, and save huge numbers of the images I’m really interested in.

Our lawmakers included something called the Affirmative Defense in the child pornography statutes. It states that if the files in question are deleted, and there are three or fewer, there can be no prosecution.[5] It’s designed to protect inadvertent possessors from prosecution, prison time, and the false characterization of being labeled a “sex offender” for life. But prosecutors, even in the flimsiest cases, can just inflate the number of charged files to over three even if the files don’t meet the criteria, and thereby evade the intent of the Affirmative Defense. And in these days of high speed Internet connections and Web sites that commonly have 50 or hundreds of images on their opening pages, each of which leaves its traces on your hard drive instantly, before it is even seen — and even if it isn’t seen — I venture to suggest that the Affirmative Defense no longer applies to anyone, even the most inadvertent. Its intent was, clearly, to apply in cases precisely like this one.

[5] (There are many cases on the record in which prosecutors refused to prosecute even when thousands of the most horrifying and abusive pornographic images of children were found on someone’s computer — refused for the simple and quite valid reason that the person in question did not have exclusive access to said computer. I never had exclusive access to the computer in question in my case, and had no access whatever to it after July 14, 2006. I leave it to the reader to decide why I was treated differently.)

The Essential Element in the Case

In my work as a writer and publisher, I have taken on controversial issues — foreign adventurism by the Bush administration, abuse of the fundamental rights of European-Americans, and many more — and made powerful enemies in high places. I have been a strong critic of the loss of our liberties and the rise of the security/surveillance state since 9/11.

In particular, I have published and written dozens of exposés of the illegitimate and politically-motivated acts of the so-called “Joint Terrorism Task Force,” or JTTF, now operating within the U.S. Justice Department.

In early 2004, in my role as journalist, I was covering a court hearing in Atlanta in which the JTTF was involved in persecuting an innocent patriot named Chester Doles. After the hearing I was approached by JTTF Special Agent Joe Thompson, who, interestingly, knew me though I did not know him. Thompson threatened me, saying loudly enough for the entire room to hear (and pointing directly at me): “Strom, you’re next!”[6]

The JTTF even intervened in an attempt — successful, so far — to prevent me from getting redress in the Greene County courts for the theft of virtually all of my possessions by my wife Elisha and for her violent attacks upon me.

When this case began, who was it who raided my home with a SWAT-like team of armored thugs and terrorized my family? Was it the FBI’s Crimes Against Children unit? — or another agency devoted to protecting children? No indeed. It was the Joint Terrorism Task Force.[7]

[7]( It is worthwhile to consider that, according to FBI spokesmen quoted recently in USA Today and the Washington Post (see http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-02-07-child-porn-computers_n.htm and http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-04-15-childporn-side_n.htm), there are more than 624,000 active traders and producers of child pornography in the United States who have been conclusively identified by their Internet addresses and IDs — more than 17,000 are in Virginia alone. And these figures are based on a study of only one of the many file-sharing networks in use today. If cases reaching the press are any indication, these are largely people with thousands or tens of thousands of the most horrifying images imaginable, many of which graphically depict violent abuse of little children, even toddlers and infants. One investigator stated he had to go to counseling after seeing some of these pictures. Law enforcement spokesmen state that they only have the resources to go after a minuscule percentage of such criminals, so they have to concentrate their efforts and only prosecute the very worst offenders. Arnold Bell, head of the FBI’s Innocent Images Unit, said to USA Today: “There aren’t enough cops in the world to pursue every lead, so the FBI focuses on cases in which kids may be located and rescued.” It does appear that a very different set of standards was applied by the JTTF in this case.)

Who was it at the prosecution table, trying to falsely convict me of child sexual abuse and witness tampering when I was totally innocent — when in fact the charges were so ludicrous they were thrown out of court? And who is sitting at the prosecution table today? None other than an agent of the Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Attempted Destruction of a Life

When I left my home to protect myself from my wife’s anger and violence, I took with me only what I could carry under my arms. Elisha refused to allow me to retrieve any of my possessions. She sold them openly, then incinerated what she didn’t keep in a bonfire that burned for two days. I lost everything I owned; a lifetime of books, art, heirlooms, clothes, radio equipment, letters, personal records, mementos, and even my children’s possessions.

In November 2006 I went to the courts in Greene County to obtain redress for that unprecedented theft and for the violence committed against me. But I was prevented from pursuing my cases and in fact found myself charged with serious crimes[8] for doing so. Who was it who showed up at the Greene County courthouse, literally arm-in-arm with Elisha, illegitimately crossing the bar and whispering secretly to the judge and Commonwealth’s Attorney? An agent of the Joint Terrorism Task Force.

[8] (For the “crimes” of filing a lawsuit demanding return of my property, and for talking with a local magistrate about Elisha’s violent attacks on me, I found myself facing federal charges of “witness tampering” and “obstruction of justice” which alone could have netted me 20 years in prison.)

My troubled and estranged wife Elisha has committed many acts of violence against me. I was an abused spouse. She has threatened to kill me, and I have documentation[9] of those threats. She has used threats and coercion to force me to give her money and property and to sign documents under duress. She is both dangerous and delusional.

[9] (For one example, see documentation of her clearly audible physical aggression, anger, and threats toward me captured when she attacked me during a recording session for my radio program in 2006, downloadable at http://documents.iqradio.org/. The source of her rage in this case was my suggestion that she seek additional help for her anger problem.)

She has accused me of having sexual liaisons with my ex-wife, with professional colleagues, with correspondents from halfway across the continent whom I’ve never met, with two teenage musicians whose work I’ve promoted, with my stepdaughter, with my stepdaughter’s friends, with cashiers at the local grocery store, with neighbors — I literally cannot remember them all. My denials engendered more accusations, more anger, more violence. At Elisha’s hands I’ve suffered innumerable bruises, cuts, including a laceration that sent me to the hospital to get eight stitches, and permanent damage to my vision. My ill-advised attempts to placate and appease her[10] made things even worse.

The Motivation

Let me state for your honor and the record that I have never touched Elisha or any other person in anger in my entire adult life; and let me further state that my behavior and intentions toward all of these girls and women was absolutely proper at all times.

[10] (Including agreeing in writing to see a counselor, an act which has been wildly misinterpreted by the press and others: Though still trying to placate Elisha and prevent her from carrying out her violent and other threats, I changed the wording of the document she demanded I sign to make it clear that I was not admitting to pedophilia or anything of the sort. The counselor was one I was already seeing in order to deal with the horrific situation I found myself in — and I, not being a pedophile, knew that the counselor would if he was honest declare me free of that perversion, as he in fact has done. I am probably the only man within a hundred of miles of Charlottesville who has been officially declared not to be a pedophile. When I finally stopped acceding to Elisha’s demands for submission, money, and property, she followed through on her threats to make her false allegations public in order to, as she put it, “ruin” me. She told me again and again that, unless I gave her large sums of money, paid for thousands of dollars worth of cosmetic and augmentation surgery for her, and gave her my property including a quitclaim deed to the house — that unless I did what she demanded I would never work in my chosen field again, and that I would be permanently separated from my beloved children, saying of them explicitly “When I get through with you, you’ll never see those f—-ing brats again.”

The Children Spoke the Truth

My stepdaughter and a friend of hers were interviewed by child welfare authorities as a result of Elisha’s false claims, and despite whatever pressures there may have been, they told the truth. I was cleared. Though totally cleared by the local authorities, I still found myself falsely charged and accused by prosecutors and the JTTF with “sexual enticement of a minor,” charges which could have put me in prison for the rest of my natural life, and yet charges so absurd[11] that I made history in this very courtroom when, for the first time in this district, federal charges were thrown out as nonsense on their very face without the defense having to utter a word. The preposterous “witness tampering” charges were also thrown out at the same time.

[11] (The “enticement” included such “criminal” acts as 1) attending the same county fair as a young family friend (though making no contact and totally unaware of the other’s presence), 2) “being seen” driving on a road a half mile from the friend’s home, 3) sending a totally non-sexual and non-romantic birthday card to the family friend, 4) sending a DVD of a G-rated film to the friend’s entire family as a Christmas present (after receiving presents from them earlier), and 5) holding an umbrella for her in a driving rainstorm.)

Violence and Threats

Even after my arrest, Elisha’s violence and threats continued. I continue to fear for my family and myself. Elisha has been leafleting the neighborhoods where my stepfather and family live and work, making lurid and false, yet alarming statements about me — including accusing me of the crimes of which I have been acquitted — which could seriously impact the lives of my family members.

Last May 9th Elisha lashed out with gunfire in a road rage incident, discharging a firearm in a residential neighborhood — a crime. Yet the JTTF came to the rescue, falsely characterizing Elisha as the “victim” in the “witness tampering” case against me, and seizing jurisdiction from the local authorities[12] so the government’s star perjurer would not be prosecuted — as she most certainly would have been otherwise.

Just a few weeks ago, Elisha openly and publicly called for my death in an interview she gave to the press right outside the doors of this courtroom.

A Most Telling Fact

And let me clarify one thing, your honor; a very important thing. Elisha, no matter what her jealousies and hatreds may be, knows I am not a pedophile. Just two weeks after the day she claims she confronted me on that issue, October 17, 2005 — the date which figured in my trial and the date her violence sent me to the hospital — Elisha allowed me to take her nine-year-old daughter, by myself and with no other adult present, to pick up my autistic son and take them on a three-day trip to the beach for my son’s eleventh birthday.

And she also allowed me to take her daughter, my stepdaughter, to school and shopping on dozens of unaccompanied trips between that October 17 and the day I fled our home nine months later.

Your honor, I know that judges have great powers to order dispositions of their cases, and that power has increased of late. Powers may exist which have seldom or never been exercised, and even where there is no power to order, the ability to recommend still exists.

I genuinely fear that Elisha, or those she may incite, may harm me or my family. Please take steps so that such persons may not obtain my street address from any publicly available database. I am not a sex offender in any meaningful sense of that term, nor a felon.

Please order or recommend that upon my release there be no restrictions placed upon me regarding travel with my children or attendance at their classes or school or other events.[13]

Please make my family whole again as soon as possible. In considering my fate, please also consider the fate of the real victims in this case:

My 77-year-old mother and my stepfather who are taking care of my children in my absence; they have been a hero and heroine beyond my capacity to thank them.

My son Oliver, strong and stoic at 15, but also shy and sensitive, who chokes up from the pain sometimes.

My daughter Vita, who is eleven and at the stage of life when she needs her Daddy most. She is so bright, so open-hearted, so innocent, so vulnerable. She does science projects and learns elementary Latin — but still sleeps with a teddy bear. She cries for her Daddy, and I keep telling her I’ll be home as soon as I can.

My autistic son Alfred, who doesn’t understand — isn’t capable of understanding — what has happened to his Dad. He only knows that he hasn’t seen me for a very, very long time. Let me quote from his latest school reports: “His irritability and impatience typically lead to tantrums accompanied by property destruction, self-abuse, and aggression. He seems remorseful once he has calmed down, often crying for his father and repeatedly saying ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘I’m sad.’ There has been an increase in elopement. He often runs to the van[14] and on occasion has put the van in gear. He frequently requests to look at pictures of his father and hear ‘Daddy’s letters.’ …Alfred perseverates about his father daily[15]. He calls out for ‘Daddy’ and asks to call Daddy on the phone. He often reassures himself ‘You’ll see your Daddy again.’ At times he will tantrum and engage in self-abuse.”

Your honor, I know I have spoken longer than is usual in such cases — but this case is anything but usual. I believe that I have now fulfilled my oath to tell the whole truth. I deeply appreciate your listening. Thank you.

The judge expressed himself after my statement, indicating that based on the reports he had read, including the interviews with my stepdaughter and her friend, that he would have preferred me to have pled Not Guilty to all charges. As a loving father, I could not do that: The prosecutor “piled on” charges — six counts for one alleged violation of law. I would have had to be acquitted six times in a row to go home to my children — and the government could lose four or five times in a row and still succeed in imprisoning me for decades if one or two counts “stuck” as they could easily do in a politically- and emotionally-charged case like this one, whatever the facts. The ability to “pile on” charges for one alleged offense is, in my opinion, a crime itself. It gives the government the near-absolute power to intimidate innocent people — especially innocent people with children they love — into pleading guilty to one or two counts. I chose to return to my children this summer instead of decades after they were grown, if ever. That’s the choice I had to make, and I made it.

The judge could have sentenced me to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine. I was released about four months after my hearing, close to the minimum sentence within his discretion. No fine was imposed.

The time for truth-telling has come, and the world will be hearing from me again.
